1 Month - 6 pounds

6 pounds.  not as much  as I would have liked for a month.. but I also ate McDonald's last night.. can't have everything ;)
I managed to not gain anything over the weekend.. and lose all the beer weight from the previous weekend, so I'm happy with that.
