Day 1 - Food & Excercise Log

Calorie goal = 1455  
Actual calories =  1495 - 113 (exercise) = 1382

Breakfast
1 - Hard Boiled Egg
1 - Fat Free Yogurt (apple pie flavored, gross..it tasted like I was eating an apple pie candle.)

Lunch
1 - Thomas's multigrain 100 calorie english muffin
2 ozs - chicken breast lunch meat
1 - Campbells Soup at Hand - Chicken and Stars
5 - Apple slices
1 - FF Colby cheese stick

Snack
14 - Unsalted/Dry Roasted Cashews

Dinner
6 oz chicken breast cooked in FF chicken broth with garlic & salt
1 - serving Hungry Girl Apple Slaw

Snack
1 - Reeses christmas tree
1 - Fig Newton Apple Fruit Crisps
1 - Cucumber
3/4 oz Ranch Dressing
3 1/2 cups - Air popped pop-corn
1 - Hershey's Good Night Hot Chocolate (Yum)
