Day 8 - Did Something Right

So apparently I did something right because I lost 3 pounds this week!  Whooho!
And I misbehaved on Saturday.  But, no bagels, no soda.. so I'm doing ok.
Goals for this week:  less bread, try not to lose it all on Friday :)

Calorie goal = 1435  
Actual calories =  1274
No exercise :(


Breakfast
1 - Hard Boiled Egg

Lunch
1 - Roasted chicken salad sandwich on low-cal Oatmeal bread
1 - Mozzarella cheese stick

Snack
14 - Unsalted/Dry Roasted Cashews
1 - Pepperoni & Cheese

Dinner
1 - Large steamer bag Broccoli & cheese sauce (Yummy, and low calorie too)
1 - Chicken sandwich on wheat with cheddar

Snack
1 - 100 calorie pack Ritz
1 - Hot Cocoa & Marshmellows
1 - 100 calorie pack Choc. Covered Pretzels
