Day 3 - Some Chips Would be Nice

Calorie goal = 1455  
Actual calories = 1201
No Exercise today, but went out to eat with the girls and only had a soup. (I had already eaten dinner.)

Breakfast
1 - Hard Boiled Egg
1 - Fat Free Yogurt

Lunch
1 - Thomas's multigrain 100 calorie english muffin
2 ozs - chicken breast lunch meat
1 - Campbells Soup at Hand - Chicken and Stars
5 - Apple slices

Snack
14 - Almonds
1 - Ff Cheddar Stick & 8 pcs of turkey pepperoni

Dinner
1 1/2 - Turkey Hot Dogs w\ sauerkraut a small amount of ketchup
1 - Potato Roll
1 - HG apple slaw
1 - WW French Onion Soup

Snack
1 - Hot Cocoa & 12 Mini Marshmellows
