I've bad bad. Not terrible.. but bad. The scale says something I won't even post here.
Back on track yesterday and today. Will start posting my logs again starting tomorrow (with today's numbers).
I'm so disgusted.

It was my birthday over the week-end and I didn't do so well either. Cocktails started at 10am. Here's to a fresh start!
