Day 13 & 14 - No Counting

No counting for the weekend.
Not the picture of an ideal diet but nothing terrible either.
No sugar drinks, no fast food.

Saturday

100 calorie whole grain english muffin
Hard Boiled Egg
2 - slices ham

Dinner
Panera Bread (I love it)
Turkey bravo sandwich on white, no bacon
Small Mac & cheese
Chips

Sunday
Breakfast
Fake scrambled eggs
3 links - turkey sausage

Lunch
Random junk.. some chips etc.

Dinner
Bagel with ham & low fat cheddar
Chips

Snack
100 caloris pretzels

Yes, this morning and I'm down another 3 pounds!!
I'm so excited. This is progress that keeps me going.
