Day 9 - Feeling Ok

Feeling ok today.  I don't feel starved or deprived of anything.   (Well, I feel deprived of things in life, but not in food.) :)

Calorie goal = 1435  
Actual calories = 1325
No exercise again today but some serious house-work cleaning.. which is a step up from sitting my ass on the couch.


Breakfast
1 - Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

Lunch
1 - nice sized portion - Homemade French Onion Soup
1 - Medium Cucumber

Snack
14 - Unsalted/Dry Roasted Cashews
1 - Cherry/Grape Fruit-2Day Fruit Juice drink
1 - Pepperoni and Cheddar


Dinner
 1 - Subway Turkey on wheat with lettuce, added a slice of low-fat provolone at home
1 - Chips - Baked

Snack
2 - 100 calorie packs

Great job! Are you still hungry after a yogart? I've been meaning to get around and post some of my new tricks with food. So far, so good for both of us!

Yes, this morning I was still hungry after the yougurt, but I was super busy at work and before I could have a snack, it was lunchtime. I forgot my oatmeal at home..so all I had in the office was the yogurt.
