Day 4 - Screwed it up a bit Today

So in an effort to be completely honest on this blog, I fucked up the diet today.
I planned on weighing in every Monday..but in a moment of weakness I got on the scale, after my shower (hair wet.) and I was the weight I started at on Monday.  Then after drying my hair a bit, I got back and I was 2 pounds HEAVIER!  Is this possible?

So, instead of having dinner, I had some popcorn, chips, and a few (2-3) 100 calorie packs of snacks.
Not the end of the world, I know.  But still sucky.  Tomorrow is a new day.

Calorie goal = 1455  
Actual calories = ?
Exercise - 20 minutes hard aerobic workout

Breakfast
1 - Bananna
1 - Fat Free Mozz. Cheese Stick

Lunch
1 - nice sized portion - Homemade Vegetable Soup

Snack
14 - Unsalted/Dry Roasted Cashews
1 - Low Fat Cheddar Cheese Stick 
1 - Turkey Pepperoni & Cheddar
14 - Almonds
1 - Cucumber

Dinner
1 - Cauliflower & Cheese Dish

Snack
1 - Reeses christmas tree
1 - Swiss Miss Fat Free Hot Cocoa
