Day 10 - Too many Snacks

Calorie goal = 1435  
Actual calories = 1508
Over by 73
No exercise..again.  and over the calories a bit today.  That's ok, tomorrow is another day.


Breakfast
1 - Hard Boiled Egg

Lunch
1 -LF Oatmeal Bread
2 ozs - chicken breast lunch meat & provolone
1 - Campbells Soup at Hand - Chicken and Stars
3 - baby pickles


Snack
14 - Unsalted/Dry Roasted Cashews
1 - Cheddar Stick & Turkey Pepperoni
8 - Almonds

Dinner
6 oz chicken breast cooked in FF chicken broth with garlic & salt
1 - Small Sweet Potato

Snack
100 calorie cookies
1 1/2 cups - Air popped pop-corn
1 - Soft Pretzel
1 - Small cup light ice cream

The menu looks really good. And you only went over by a teensy weensy...barely anything. Was the sweet potato good? I have really wanted to try one of those.
