Day 12 - Bad day

Calorie goal = 1435  
Actual calories =dunno

Bad emotional day.  Having one of those "I'm not even hungry" emotional days -- which is rare for me.  I'm a stress eater.  Didn't eat that much food..or snack.  But the Denny's dinner was probably my calories for the whole day.  Oh well..

Breakfast
1 - Hard Boiled Egg

Lunch
Small Sonic Strawberry Limeade & Tots (not the healthiest of lunches..but yummy & within my calories!)

Snack
1 - Cheddar Stick

Dinner
1 - Denny's French Toast Sandwich with french frys (FAIL)

I've got to tell you that it doesn't look all that bad to me.

(This is from a women who has consumed more than humanly possible in the last few weeks, including 4 candy bars.)

But seriously, even when I was eating well, I would consider this day a draw. You ate low in calories all day except for dinner. I'll bet that you didn't gain or lose, which is great in my book.

Also, I found that sometimes it sped up my weight loss to trick my body once in a while and eat more one day. In fact, in weight watchers, for people who are at a plateau, they recommend that you do this.

You are doing great!
