I lost another 3 pounds! Total 6. Whoohoo! This is obviously a good path for me. How I wish the weight loss will continue progress at 3 pounds a week!
Goals for the this week: Exercise - 3x - if only for 20 minutes
Calorie goal = 1415
Actual calories = 998
I had a bad emotional day and ate dinner and then fell asleep.
This saved me lots of calories, although I should have just walked with my girlfriends.
Breakfast
1 - Hard Boiled Egg
Lunch
1 -Nice portion homemade Broccoli & Cheese Soup
1 - Pepperoni & low fat Cheddar
Snack
14 - Unsalted/Dry Roasted Cashews
Dinner
1 - Small steak - marinated in garlic & soy sauce and broiled
1 - Small white potato w\ ff sour cream
1 - Frozen broc. & cheese dish
