Thoughts on th day: No exercise at all this week, maybe tomorrow a nice long walk with friends, the weather is supposed to warm a bit here. - I know the exercise will come with time, once I start doing it more often!
I did have a nice evening with 2 girlfriends, so that's mental exercise.
No more eating an ENTIRE bag of rice cakes!! They are so damn yummy.

Steamed Shrimp & Broccoli and a very small amount of rice
Snack
an entire bag (small bag) of Quakes (mini rice cakes)!

You are doing so well! I am so jealous of your eating habits! Tonight I ate a whole Chipotle burrito with guac, sour cream, and cheese, and I bet I gained 2 pounds from it. I have zero motivation.
Your menu not only looks low in calories, but well-balanced too. That is something I always struggle with when losing weight. I do wei.ght wat.chers, so I would eat low in calories, but not healthy stuff. I would use my points on crap.
You are inspiring me.
