Day 23 - Good Day

I found a way to have my calorie log be sent to my email every morning, this makes it a lot easier to post my food/exercise log.   And yes, I did exercise yesterday!  It was only for 20 minutes, but it was on the highest incline plus I did about an hour and half of housework too.  I think the key for me is sticking to the plan and exercising must become an importance in my life.  Last night was easy, DH is away for work, so it was just me.
