Actual calories =987
Calorie's are way low.. however the Chef salad was really hard to calculate, I did my best (I wasn't home to weigh anything) and tomorrow will probably be a no counting day... so I'll have a few extra calories from yesterday and today to use. :)
No exercise again today.. crap..really gotta get on that one!

Why haven't I been following you before this ? I am also trying to lose weight via Jenny Craig (which is basically 1200 calories a day). Maybe we can help motivate each other!!
So here goes, why are you not exercising ?
